How do i search for products?
You can search for a product by entering its name or the model number in the search bar
How do I place an Order?
1: Select the items that you want to order.
2: Add those items to your “Shopping Cart”.
3: Select “Proceed to Checkout” after reviewing your shopping cart.
4: Enter the Address where you want to receive your order
5: Select the payment method, add the details, and select “Continue”.
6: Review your order and select the “Place your Order” button, and pay to complete the transaction
How do i register?
If you’re a new customer, select the “Register Now” option on the sign-in page to create a new account
When and How can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime during the transaction. Call 0348-11-18-118 or WhatsApp at 0346-76-76-041 to talk to our customer representative to cancel your order.
Can Selecto deliver outside pakistan?
No, Selecto does not currently offer delivery outside of Pakistan. However, they state that the ability to purchase and deliver outside of Pakistan is coming soon. They currently deliver all over Pakistan where cash on delivery is available through their courier partners Leopard or M&P.
When will I receive my product after ordering it from the website?
Once your order is placed on Selecto.pk, you'll receive your product within 2–4 working days, depending on your location. You'll also get a tracking number to stay updated on your delivery!

We partner with reliable courier companies like Leopards Courier and M&P Courier to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order
Can i pay online? How?
Yes, you can pay online securely on Selecto.pk! We offer multiple payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi, and JazzCash for your convenience
Can i get my parcel delivered to an official address?
Yes, we can deliver your parcel to an official address. Just provide the address and a contact mobile number during checkout, and we'll ensure it's delivered there
What if i am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you're not home during a delivery attempt, our courier will call you to get in touch. Undelivered parcels are kept at the nearest courier office for up to 2 days, giving you time to reschedule delivery or arrange self-pickup
Where do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery in most areas of Pakistan! You can check availability at checkout or just reach out to our support team if you're unsure 0348-1118118
How can i track my order?

How can i make payments?
We offer two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank transfer, which include options like credit/debit cards, Easypaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi, and JazzCash
Does Selecto offer installment options?
Yes, Seleto offers mobile phone installment options through Alfa by Bank Alfalah at branches. Customers can also pay using the Alfa QR for up to 18 monthly installments.

Why has my card been declined?
Card declines can happen due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions. Please check with your bank or try another payment method
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES WHILE BUYING FROM SELECTO?
No, there are no hidden charges when buying from Seleto. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. If any additional charges apply, we will inform you before confirming your order.
WHAT IS SELECTO'S RETURN POLICY?
At Seleto, you can return or exchange a product within 7 working days, provided the seal is intact and the packaging is in its original condition. We do not accept returns for opened or used items. If the product is not according to your specifications, you can return it at the time of delivery
I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
To avoid any inconvenience, please place your order carefully. If you don’t like the product at the time of delivery and have not opened it, you may return it on the spot. However, the seal must be intact and the box unopened. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for used products
I did not receive the item I ordered. What do I do?

How many days do i have to return/exchange the items?

How can I claim warranty for an item purchased from Selecto?

I opened my order item, can i still return it?
Once an item has been opened, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged. If you received a defective product, please contact Selecto support team (0348-1118118) on the same day of delivery for assistance with a return or exchange
