To register with Selecto, click on the login tab at top right corner and fill in the required information
When and How can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime during the transaction. Call 03-481-118-118 to talk to our customer representative to cancel your order.
Can you deliver outside Faisalabad?

When willi get my product after ordering it from the website?
Orders that are confirmed before 4pm are delivered in 2-3 working days while those confirmed after 4pm are delivered within 3-4 working days.
Which courier companies do you use?
Our courier partners are Leopard, M&P and Call Courier.
Can i pay online? How?
A customer has the following payment options:
By Easy Pay
i) Easypay Online Payments using a Credit or Debit Card
ii) Easypay Online Payments at an Easypaisa Shop
iii) Easypay Online Payments through the Easy Paisa Mobile Account
Can i get my parcel delivered to an official address?
We can deliver wherever you want as long as you provide the contact number of the person who will receive the order.
What if i am not at home at the time of delivery?
While ordering, please mention the delivery time that is suitable for you in the comments.
If you are not at home, our courier service will call you and get in touch with you.
Your order
will be retained at the courier service’s city office for 12 Hours after which it will be cancelled and returned.
Where do you offer cash on delivery?
We deliver all over Pakistan where cash on delivery service is available through our courier.
How can i track my order?
You can track your Order by
1. Courier Slip Number that will be sent to you through a text message as soon as your order is dispatched.

How can i make payments?
Following payment options are available:
By Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for all items. It lets you place orders without the need of an advance payment.
By Direct Bank Transfer
Bank details will be provided by our representative when we call for order confirmation.
Does Selecto offer installment options?
No, we don’t offer any installment plans for now.
ARE MY CARD DETAILS SECURE?
Your details are completely secure as we don’t save your information on our website andsend it directly to your bank for payment.
Are the prices negotiable?
The prices are fixed as you will not feel the need to negotiate. We offer the best prices with original products.
Why hasmy card been declined?
Your card could be declined because your bank is not responding or it was blocked by your bank. Please get in touch with your bank to know more.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES WHILE BUYING FROM SELECTO?
Prices are inclusive of all taxes. If any additional tax has to be applied we will let you know before order confirmation.
WHAT IS SELECTO'S RETURN POLICY?
You can return the product within 7 working days if the seal is intact. No return claim canbe entertained if the seal or the package box is damaged. If the product is not according to your specifications, you can return it at the time of delivery.
I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
To avoid any inconveniece, please order your product carefully. If you don’t like the product at the time of the delivery but have not opened it then you can return it there and then. However, the seal must be intact and the box must be unopened. Unfortunately, we do not accept products that are used.
The item i received was faulty, what do i do?
You can get in touch with our warranty and after sales representative on our helpline and you will be guided accordingly.
I did not receive the item i ordered, what do i do?
If the product is not according to your specifications, please do not accept it and call our helpline for verification. Please do not accept the product if it is not correct. Call our representative immediately and do as guided.
How many days do i have to return/exchange the items?
The product can be returned or exchanged in 7-working days only if the seal is intact and the box packing is in its original condition.
Will i be charged shipping for returning the item?
If the product is not according to your specifications, no shipping charges will be charged. However, if you want to change your order then you will have to pay for the shipping charges.
How will i be refunded?
We do not make any cash refunds. The product can be exchanged within 7 days if the seal is intact. You can call our helpline for more details.
Hoe can i claim warranty of an item purchased from selecto?
You can claim warranty by using the card that is present in every product package. The warranty can be claimed directly from the company’s warranty center. You can get in touch with us on our helpline to know more.
I opened my order item, can i still return it?
Unfortunately we cannot accept an item if it is opened. If there is a fault in an item we will definitely return it if informed same day of delivery. You can always call our helpline number to know more.
