🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and must have all accessories and documentation (warranty cards, user manuals, etc.).
Only sealed products are eligible for return. If the product has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return unless it is defective.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used smartphones.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Damaged items due to customer misuse.
🛠 Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or Exchange after verification.
